Refund Policy for Kalamalka Classic
Here is the ‘why’ behind our policy
Like most large sporting events, the Kalamalka Classic requires an extensive amount of planning and pre-event expenses that include proper permitting, course control, and the purchase of food and beverages, apparel and race awards.
Unusually hot, cool and other factors may cause adjustments to the event schedule but unless these factors are deemed unsafe for participants, the event will proceed with careful direction of our race organizers.
General refunds are available until June 30, 2022 at 100% of entry fee
General refunds are available until July 31, 2022 at 50% of entry fee
No refunds available after August 1, 2022.
